  • Assist client with administrative tasks
  • Follow up clients' enquiries
  • Retain customer relationship
  • Manage reception and meeting room bookings
  • Manage center facilities and equipment to meet clients’ satisfaction

To provide a high quality service, we desire you have...

  • Association Degree / Higher Diploma in any field
  • Fresh graduate are also welcomed
  • Experience in Customer Service would be an advantage but not a must
  • Less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
  • Claim in sudden situation
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-tasking
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese
  • Basic command in spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of PC skills, including MS Office Word and Excel, Chinese and English typing
