Managed Healthcare Company located in Brooklyn, NY has an immediate need for Call-Center Representatives to join their team. This is a long-term contract role.

Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred
• Bilingual Russian and/or Chinese a must
• One year call-center or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to type 35WPM
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
