Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound call to explore prospects and handle incoming telephone service inquiry
- Handle shipment tracing and claim paperwork
- Update customer the follow up result in timely manner
- Compiling reports for the department, support frontline operation and clerical work
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Who we are looking for
- Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in hotline center or shipping industry is a definite advantage
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Shift working hours, 5-day work week (duty roster from Mon to Sat; within 08:30 – 19:00, 8.25 hours per day)
- Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Center (nearby Lai Chi Kok MTR Station)
- Fresh graduates of Degree/ Associate Degree with experiences in direct customer interfaces will also be considered
