Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound call to explore prospects and handle incoming telephone service inquiry
  • Handle shipment tracing and claim paperwork
  • Update customer the follow up result in timely manner
  • Compiling reports for the department, support frontline operation and clerical work
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Who we are looking for

  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in hotline center or shipping industry is a definite advantage
  • Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
  • Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Shift working hours, 5-day work week (duty roster from Mon to Sat; within 08:30 – 19:00, 8.25 hours per day)
  • Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Center (nearby Lai Chi Kok MTR Station)
  • Fresh graduates of Degree/ Associate Degree with experiences in direct customer interfaces will also be considered
