An electronics trading company (Singapore Headquarter) in Kwoloon is now looking for high calbire candidates to fill following position:

5 Days, Yearly Bonus, Quarterly Profit Sharing, Medial Scheme, Bank Holiday, 10 Days Annual Leave

Job Description :
- Responsible for the processing of all Sales Orders, generating Purchase Orders, GRN, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
- Monitoring of orders and ensuring all goods are being delivered to the customers in a timely manner
- Arranging of shipments to customers both locally and/or to customers in China.
- Liaising with Forwarders on the logistic of deliveries
- Work closely with the Sales Department in all Customer Orders and Deliveries
- Maintain a good method of consolidation of shipments
- Liaising with Singapore head office in generating Purchase Orders

Requirement :
- At least an “O” level or its equivalent
- Fresh graduates are acceptable.
- Must have at least good working knowledge of basic office application software
- Mature, Independent, self-discipline, result-oriented, hardworking
- Honest and trustworthy
- Commands good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
