Customer Service Representative(Expat)

Job Description
Key Job Duties:
1. Act as main host for foreign residents
2. Lobby duties in peak hours to welcome or farewell residents while being very proactive in getting feedback.
3. Participate in Resident's events.
4.Participate in VIP receptions as and when needed.
5.Welcome Long Term new arrival residents and conduct building tour, make thumb print for us as required via 710 reception or lobbies.
6.Respond to WeCom Customer Service for foreign residents and/or English speaking residents.
7.Receiving and transferring telephone calls to concerned departments, Residence, office tenant, check voice mail after office hour.
8.Screening message, calls and visitors for concerned department.
9.Receiving and distributing mails and other packages.
10.Receiving visitors and providing service information as required.
11.Conduct room inspection for short term residences when leasing off duty.
12.Check in residence for foreign tenant & do residential registration and PSB form.
13.Following up short term stay tenant rental payment after they check in
14.Handle resident miscellaneous payment while cashier is off duty.
15.Be able to handle different requests / complaints from office tenants and residents.
16.Familiar with all services as well as standard residence set up and relevant department product knowledge.
17.Be able to conduct final inspection for long term residents.
18.Provide daily sales to tenants and residents with proper recording.
19.Overtime and weekend shift work as required.
20.Cover lobby officer for break time and on leaves.
21.Work according to the rules and regulations of the employment contract.
22.Be well disciplined to keep a high standard of confidentiality for tenants, guests and staffs.
23.Carry on contingent duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisors, Managers and Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
1.Typing, excellent verbal communication, required fluency (equivalent to CET6)
2.Written and spoken English, Mandarin
3.Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
4.Pleasant, calm, able to work well under pressure, courteous
