Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound / outbound insurance sales & customer service, regarding home content and travel insurance related products.

• Handle call, email and chants channels

• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Equipped with IIQE Paper I & II

• Experience in call center environment preferably insurance related

• Basic PC literate in MS Office and system operation is needed

• Good communication and listening skills

• Mature and able to work independently

Benefit:

• Basic HK$ 17k+ per month
