AstraZeneca Canada is looking to employ a confident and positive minded individual who is eager to bring previous customer focused work experience to our field-based role. You will be responsible for answering questions, improving the placement of our product/patient materials and building strong affiliations at physicians’ offices.

As the face of AstraZeneca Canada, you will be relied upon to provide excellent customer service and respond to all inquiries efficiently. You’ll quickly develop a rapport with customers and your positive approach will leave a lasting impression. You will thrive in a highly regulated environment following external and internal policies and procedures.

Your qualifications include:

  • A post-secondary education related to Science or Business
  • Previous territory management experience is an asset
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced and energetic environment
  • Strong service leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong multi-tasker with good decision-making and problem solving skills, keen to improve how we work
  • Team oriented with strong communication skills, passionate about achieving team success
  • Resilient with strong organization skills to provide effective customer follow up and service call activity
  • Seek challenges for professional growth and development
  • Possess a valid Canadian Driver's license and available to travel to various destinations to visit customers
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
