Job Description

Our client is a newly developing company currently setting up their office in Hong Kong and aiming to hire around 20 high potential calibre to their call centre. They are seeking for candidates with minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry.

Description

  • Handle incoming enquiries via call and live-chat
  • Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and develop relationship with potential customers
  • Assist with account openings duties

Profile

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred
