About the role
Key responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer orders in compliance with order processing guidelines.
  • Coordinate for problem solving at each stage of Order to Invoice/Revenue progress.
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Organize system master data and enhance order/delivery related reports to give management team visibility
  • Assistance on cross-functional works such as goods return and payment collection etc.
Qualifications and skills
  • Education:bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2+ years experiences in Customer Service or Logistics
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive, aggressive and could be a good team player
  • Professional communication skills
