Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct customer satisfaction survey and keep good relationship with key customer;
2. Assist in daily communications with client and overseas headquarters on customer service related issues;
3. Follow up on products, operations, technical issue with foreign colleagues;
4. Responsible for customer calls, E-mail consultation, answer customer questions;
5. Other duties assigned by the supervisor in the daily customer service affairs.
Qualifications:
1. Good Command of Written English skills;
2. Good at Excel and Word processing software;
3. Good interpersonal skills, and adapt to the multitasking environment;
4. Dilligent and no problem to work on weekend if necessary.
