Job Descriptions:
Following up customer orders including stock checking, order confirmation, shipping follow up, AR statement, Quality Complaints, etc.
Coordinating between the customers and overseas head-office for order-related issues.
Expediting local vendors’ purchase orders according to the customers’ request.
Inventory planning and management according to customer’s rolling forecast.
Requirements:1) College degree, major in business is preferred.
2) Related Experience more than 2 years. Knowledge of fastener products is a plus.
3) Be able to communicate in English both written and oral.
4) General computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.).
5) Easy going, self-motive, and fast-responding.
