职位: 客服专员
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in providing customer service to Chinese Markets from the T&S facility located in Shanghai, China, by providing support and customer service to Chinese Sales Group and customers.
Reporting directly to the customer service supervisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Timely response to customer, sales and representatives phone calls and inquiries: Quotes, PO, RMA, Credit Issues, Lead time, Samples, Brochures and other requests. This includes being knowledgeable in the features and benefit of the T&S production line, logistic operation, warehouse distribution to support customers, representative, consultant and orders.
2. Work with sales team as well as direct accounts in achieving high-quality sales and order forecast. Collect and record Project & Order information and follow up.
3. Provide SO according to customer’s PO after checking inventory status.
4. Confirm products information by comparing with Sales Quotation Spreadsheet.
5. Confirm daily payments from customer to Finance department.
6. Other customer service work assigned by customer service supervisor
