客服专员/Customer Service Specialist

Job Description
? Daily communication with customers about order status review.
? Manage enquiries from customers & Sales Engineers(some of them are English-speaking people).
? Assist in seting up new account for new customers and activating old sleeping customers.
? Enter new orders(including inventory orders & sample orders) into CRM or GP system.
? Send PI to customers and confirm the price& dispatch date meanwhile.
? Work with Logistics & Purchasing team to arrange the delivery and send the shipping documents to customers.
? Work with Finance team&Sales Engineers to handle overdue payment.
? Deal with complaints from customers.
? Maintain and update customer’s order data in system.
? Work and communicate internally with other teams(AE/SD/Finance/Purchasing/Logistics/Engineering/Sales) effectively to research /resolve the order and enquiry issues(including the issues for the price,lead time, logistics, ect.)
? Work closely with team members to share information and escalate order issues appropriately.
? To finish the other tasks appointed by CAS manager.

The candidate will be expected to demonstrate competency in the following technologies:
? Have proficient skill in EXCEL(included in Microsoft Office suite) Editor. Powerpoint a plus.
? Have a good master of Data analysis.
? Business quotation experience a plus
? Working experience in Telecom Industry field a plus
? Strong communication skills both in verbal & written, both in Mandarin & English.
