Customer Service Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt of order to invoice of goods
- Closely work with planners for specific customer requests and priority of shipping
- Ensure that the customer database is kept updated, including customer pricing and shipping details
- Ensure that we maintain a high service level to customer and improve in areas where we perform below customer expectations
- Maintain high level on time delivery performance
- Other tasks assigned by manager to optimize order fulfillment process.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- College diploma or above in Logistics. International Trade or relevant.
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Familiar with export procedure, international transportation.
- Detail oriented in handling and following up on customer orders, complaints and custom requests.
- Good communication skill with international customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cross functional team.
- Result driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent English both in written and oral
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
