Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from receipt of order to invoice of goods
  • Closely work with planners for specific customer requests and priority of shipping
  • Ensure that the customer database is kept updated, including customer pricing and shipping details
  • Ensure that we maintain a high service level to customer and improve in areas where we perform below customer expectations
  • Maintain high level on time delivery performance
  • Other tasks assigned by manager to optimize order fulfillment process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • College diploma or above in Logistics. International Trade or relevant.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Familiar with export procedure, international transportation.
  • Detail oriented in handling and following up on customer orders, complaints and custom requests.
  • Good communication skill with international customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with cross functional team.
  • Result driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent English both in written and oral
  • Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
