Job Description

Our client, a Financial Institution who is looking for Customer Service Specialist to support their business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer services in an efficient and professional manner
  • Answer inbound / outbound customer enquiry via email and phone call
  • Assist in verification and client due diligence in order to comply with the company internal compliance standards and procedures as well as regulatory requirement
  • Perform analysis and produce regular reports on specific issues
  • Provide administrative support to the business unit

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years' customer services and due diligence experience in banking industry is preferred
  • License to carry on HKSFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities is plus
  • Independent, pro-active, outspoken, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin is a must
