Job Description
Our client, a Financial Institution who is looking for Customer Service Specialist to support their business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer services in an efficient and professional manner
- Answer inbound / outbound customer enquiry via email and phone call
- Assist in verification and client due diligence in order to comply with the company internal compliance standards and procedures as well as regulatory requirement
- Perform analysis and produce regular reports on specific issues
- Provide administrative support to the business unit
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years' customer services and due diligence experience in banking industry is preferred
- License to carry on HKSFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities is plus
- Independent, pro-active, outspoken, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin is a must
