• Customer Service Specialist  (Full-time) HKD16-18K + Monthly Bonus ($1.5 - $2K/month)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customers' enquiry and complaints via telephone/ email 
• 通過電話及電郵處理客戶諮詢
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers 
• 與客戶建立並保持良好的關係
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers 
• 與客戶建立並保持良好的關係
• Provide administravtive and clerical supports
• 提供行政和文書協助
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
• 需要處理臨時任務和其他職責

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required, as we provide full training
• 無需經驗，我們提供全面培訓
• Results driven, able to work independently and under pressure
• 注重成果，能夠獨立工作並在壓力下工作
• Excellent communication skills, in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, Chinese word processing
• 良好的溝通能力，粵語，普通話和英語，中文文字處理
• Monday to Friday, no shift required 
• 週一至週五，無需輪班工作
• Fresh graduate with excellent positive attitudes will be considered

• Location: Shek Tong  Tsui , 3 mins walking from HKU Station
• 位於石塘咀，從大學站步行三分鐘
