Job Description
We are URGENTLY looking for Mandarin speaking customer care talents from around the Globe to join our Global community, and to work on Premium Contact Center Projects with us.Our Premium projects can be Inbound Customer Care over the phone/e-mail/chat or Outbound Data Verification, Soft Lead Generation, Survey taking, Event invitation.

This time the task: easy outbound calls offering free service to potential clients in Taiwan
Working hours: Part time or full time, in business hours of China (Taiwan)

What we need from you:
Native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker with full cultural awareness, living anywhere in the World.
You also have a good command of English.
You have Contact Center or other Customer Service Experience (2yrs+).
Strong User level of Computing Skills.
College or University Degree is an advantage.
