Job Description
Job responsibilities
1、Understanding the working situation of frontline customer service, solving the problems (language problems, wrong answers, wrong customer service etc.) occurring during random tests. To follow up and make sure the problems will be improved and solved;
2、Carrying out costumer service answers quality analysis. You should collect the quality statistics, analyze and summarize it. Offering advice for improvement and providing supporting evidence for the monthly evaluation;
3、Setting and improving an evaluation standard and a quality control system for customer service. Make sure the system improves the quality of the service;
4、Basic training for new recruits.
Requirements for the job
1、English as first language is a must;
2、Passion for gaming;
3、We value working experience in customer service;
4、We value a candidate that takes active part in the main online communities in North American forums;
5、Patience and politeness under pressure;
6、Good at logical thinking;
7、Having good spoken and writing abilities in Chinese.
