Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides direct leadership for Taiwan CSO_SPS Team and focus on Taiwan SPS products (ICP-MS,ICP-OES,MP-AES,AA,UV, FTIR,Raman......) support.

  • Grow a strong team with high technical competency, and collaborate well with other function.

  • Have overall perspectives of customer service, lead the team to achieve the best customer satisfaction by differentiated handling and proactive consulting and timely response.

  • Also need to achieve the leadership target through strong engagement with employees through communication and sound talent management.
