Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Provides direct leadership for Taiwan CSO_SPS Team and focus on Taiwan SPS products (ICP-MS,ICP-OES,MP-AES,AA,UV, FTIR,Raman......) support.
Grow a strong team with high technical competency, and collaborate well with other function.
Have overall perspectives of customer service, lead the team to achieve the best customer satisfaction by differentiated handling and proactive consulting and timely response.
Also need to achieve the leadership target through strong engagement with employees through communication and sound talent management.
