• Provide quality and value-added services to the customers
• Provide online customer service  
• Online Marketing and Ecommerce
• Assist in stock management and daily store operations
• Handle all daily sales orders
• Manage day-to-day operations of web store, online platforms

 Requirements: 

• Good character is a must;
• Good communication skills & willing to learn;
• Attentive, details-oriented, mature and responsible;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin;
• Ability to work independently;
• Good on reading and writing
• Proficiency in PC/MAC applications
• Good team player with strong sense of self-initiative and pro-active attitude.
• Experience in e-commerce or related industry is an advantage
