1.   负责订单的业务、客服、操作、单证及结算等事宜；

2.   负责订单系统的录入工作，跟进货物进出及报关事宜；

3.   随时了解客户需求及意见反馈，协助项目经理，做好客户关系维系工作；

4.   负责客服部的相关跨部门协调工作。

为了能够很好的胜任这个职位，您将需要：

1．本科以上学历，英语四级以上，熟练运用办公软件；

2．高度热爱本职工作，有责任心、细心，积极热情的工作态度和极强的服务意识；

3．有丰富物流行业相关客户工作经验者和熟悉报关和清关。
