Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The roles has the responsibility to manage and fulfill customer orders for local and foreign currency transactions on a daily basis, which including customer quotation and other special service activities during the order implementation, act as the key customer interface to ensure the delivery on time and keep the operations of order to cash smoothly with good customer satisfaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Response to customer quotation inquiry or other shipment issue complaint with good service level, and collect the customer feedback and question to the aftersales or any other special requirement.
- Identify and follow up sales opportunities by the way of e-commerce and OTC to support sales promote.
- Receive and execute customer sales order within target processing time, as well as proper invoicing practices.
- Coordinate internal resource to ensure the order delivery on schedule and handle the shipment issue with the supply chain process.
- Regularly report FG inventory allocation and orders processing status to stakeholders with necessary OSMI risky reminder and follow up the necessary action.
- Communicate and coordinate with relative parties (purchase team, suppliers, logistics, Distribution, and sales team) to ensure the operations efficiency and order to cash smoothly. .
- Responsible for L/C terms inspection and work with finance to prepare full set of documentations for L/C negotiation within target processing time
- Support customer to provide the various shipment and custom declaration documentations.
- Handle system processing to recall field service performance and book operation cost of warranty cases.
- Take initiatives to contribute own efforts f in accordance with team consolidation and development with goods performance and service level for cross-support and any other job assignment.
Your profile:
- Minimum 2 years working experience of Order Desk operations in trading industry.
- Import and export trade operation experience is preferred.
- The similar working experience in supply chain or purchasing area is preferred.
- College degree or above with basic business operations knowledge
- Good at ERP system and desk-top software with strong EXCEL reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of planning and ordering process
- Strong sense of responsibility, willing to lean and work under hard pressure and overtime if necessary
- Good motivation and self-management with strong personal integrity and emotional stability
- Good listening, written and verbal communication in English fluently.
