In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide critical support to the Parts Order Desk team, the Field organization, and external customers to ensure maximum uptime for the customer and a reliable revenue stream to the business.
This position can be located in our office locations in either Alpharetta, GA or in Nashville, TN. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates need to live within the territories or within commuting distance to Alpharetta, GA or Nashville, TN.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Monitoring and analyzing aging inventory; tracking parts ordered by Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for timely return, where applicable.
Identifying parts not returned within assigned windows and working with the field to ensure compliance.
Monitoring ultrasound customer orders for the return of defective cores, where applicable; creating invoices for non-returned defective cores.
Creating tool return Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to the Service Parts Supply (SPS) organization.
Receiving the daily open orders report from UPS warehouses and notifying the field of orders that failed to ship; working with SPS to identify and correct master data discrepancies.
Handling ultrasound transducer contract entitlement.
Processing urgent door to door orders.
Analyzing existing processes to identify improvements and efficiency augmentations.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum of Associate Degree preferred
1+ year of parts and/or logistics experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
SAP and/or ServiceMax experience preferred
Ability to demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work well with a team, but also possesses the ability to be a self-driven independent operator
Ability to analyze processes to provide input for continuous improve
Knowledge of Philips processes and procedures highly preferred
