Job Description
Siemens Large Drive Applications (LDA) portfolio includes high voltage motors, medium voltage drives, industrial generators as well as above-standard motors and drive systems for the process industry such as mining, cement, oil & gas, energy, metals and renewable energies.  

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Support Supervisor to join our team.  

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this role will be challenging and rewarding.  Your primary function will be to drive a number of activities during the sales & service process, ensuring the effective administration and delivery of customer requests and orders.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards. 
• Supervises all back office and support activities for operational service delivery of one or multiple units
• Ensures proper order management, in cooperation with clients
• Oversees customer orders from placement to delivery
• Contributes to and implements service guidelines
•  Allocates resources and assigns tasks to the service and support operators
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews the progress and quality of assigned work
• Oversees operational processes, and leads employees in the team assigned
• Support analysis and optimisation of the organization´s processes to enhance performance
• Establish, monitor, update, and benchmark metrics, in order to improve engagement with the customer
• Provide reporting as required by LDA management 
• Contribute to operational projects and work groups

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with experience in a customer service team combined with management or leadership experience, ideally within an engineering environment. You must be able to communicate effectively and be able to build strong relationships at all levels internally and within customer organisations.
