Job Description
- Answer customer enquiry via phone or online ticket, provide appropriate solutions and close follow up customer problems.
- 1、 Provide correct and comprehensive solutions to resolve customer problems while maintaining high quality service
- 2、 Collect customer feedback on product defect for product improvement
- 3、 Customer-oriented, follow up customer query closely , proactively coordinate inner resources to resolve customer problems to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
工作要求:
- 1、 Bachelor degree or above
- 2、 At least 3 years of customer service working experience in multi-national companies, preferred in large scaled Cloud Computing Service Provider, such as AWS, Azure, etc
- 3、 Good English oral communication skill, CET-6 or TEM-8 or other professional English Qualification (TOEFL, IETLS,Interpretation) is a plus
- 4、 Preferred overseas study or working experience
- 5、 Accept shift working arrangement, such as over-night shift and public holiday shift
- 6、 Good data analysis skill, able to identify issues,raise observations on the issues, provide constructive solutions and put it into operations
- 7、 Strong sense of self-responsivity and able to work under pressure
- 8、 Keen on internet industry, basic understanding on internet industry
