As a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for: Conducting group training courses for all internal processes and tools. These include SAP, all field, and customer service dispatch tools for both our Imaging and Laboratory Diagnostics divisions. Identifying business training needs and collaborate with team members on curriculum design and development. Delivering new hire and existing employee training that supports the latest tools and department policies and procedures set forth by the business. Partnering and consulting with several business groups within the organization (Information Technology, Quality, Project Management) to support the business’ needs. Performing other adhoc requests set forth by the training manager as the business dictates. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Extensive experience in delivering both in-person and virtual synchronous classroom training, with high focus on student-centered learning meeting all learning objectives set forth in the course. Ability to work in a fast paced-technical environment, adapting to frequent change, while working both autonomously and in a team setting. Considerable knowledge in classroom management strategies (e.g., student behavior) to ensure a safe learning environment for all students to further develop their competencies. Proven examples of successful asynchronous distance learning deliverables you personally have designed and developed (e.g., videos, webcasts, simulations, web-based courses to accommodate learners’ self-paced needs). Daily use of a variety of authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 (e.g., Storyline 360), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, TechSmith Snagit, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat DC, WalkMe, Adobe Premiere Pro 2022, etc.) Involvement in a variety of large-scale classroom delivery with varying degrees of expertise among your target audience ensuring successful achievement of learning objectives. You are a self-motivated, detail oriented individual who is passionate about the success of the adult learner and facilitating high quality training programs. Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5-8 years of professional training experience with a focus on the analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning Classroom Facilitation skills certification preferred (e.g., COMPTIA CTT+, Toastmasters, etc.) Strong oral and written communication skills; utilizing Office 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Word applications.
