Job Description
Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Welcome customers when they arrive at the center, and guide them step by step through multiple processes such as physical examination, consultation, and treatment, etc.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customers’ inquiries
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Open and update customers’ account, basic data entry
Other tasks assigned from supervisor
Qualifications:
College degree or above, medical related major preferred
Basic computer skills including Office WORD/EXCEL.
Be passionate, professional, and responsible about what you do.
Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience of serving high-end customer preferred.
Good appearance and temperament. Preferred height over 165cm for female; over 175cm for male.
Basic Mandarin required. Fluent Mandarin strongly preferred. Ability to speak German, Japanese, or Russian also preferred.
Salary=basic+bonus
