Job Description
Will join the customer service and marketing team for a women's clothing e-commerce brand.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Customer Service Representative
• Telephone customers about their thoughts and assist them with any issues they may have
• Will be responsible for replying to customers questions about our products in English such as about returns policy, delivery time
• Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customer
• Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be based in Suzhou
• Bachelors’ degree

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Past retail or direct sales experience will be considered an asset
• Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers' specific needs
• Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills
• Dynamic and engaging written and spoken communication style.

Salary will be based on education and experiences.
