C2C MOVERS is looking for an action-oriented, highly motivated Customer Service & supply chain Representative who has an obsession with customer satisfaction, organization and details and to provide these extra-miles details that will make the difference.

An ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, dynamic team environment and be responsible for achieving explicit department goals.

We are looking for motivated and interesting individuals who will grow long term with C2C MOVERS.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all customer transactions through calls, live chat, email correspondence.
• Provide a detailed Logistic and Supply-chain follow-up to our client door to door, following in-house processes, in an always evolving international environment
• Interface with all 3rd parties involved worldwide on international moves and internal departments.
• Constantly willing to improve current processes in place

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Has strong desire to learn new skills.
• In depth logistic training will be provided

Preferably the candidate has experience either in:

A/ Working requiring a high level of organization in a timing/deadline environment (project management)

B/ Logistic in customer-oriented position
