Your new role – challenging and future-oriented Handling HVDC & FACTS spares for the Grid Technologies Services business which includes: • Understanding of customer requirement and providing timely response • Preparation of techno-commercial offer • Order execution for spare parts business, follow up with vendors, addressing import shipments and ensuring timely delivery of materials to customer sites. • Coordinate with necessary stakeholders viz. customers, HQ and internal partners for order acquisition as well as execution • Aligning with Sales to discuss ongoing offers and develop new business opportunities • Responsible to ensure all business KPI’s are achieved for the HVDC & FACTS spares business • Attending customer meetings to discuss on various proposals, understanding their technical queries and suggesting possible solutions by aligning with field service teams • Emergency site visits if need arises to provide solutions and resolve issues We don’t need superheroes, just super minds • Experience of 8 - 10 years in HVDC/FACTS business • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technical Skills: • In-depth knowhow of the components of HVDC/FACTS • Experience in costing and technical offer preparation • Customer handling skills • Experience in working at sites Key Skills: • Must be fluent in English • Sharp communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders on solutions and clarifications • An approach to support colleagues and always thinks win-win • Growth Mindset • Time management, quality oriented and good prioritization skills We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
