Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent handover and after-sales services for residential development projects
• Conduct preparation works for handover, including pre-unit inspection and monitoring of initial cleaning work
• Coordinate with project and property management teams to monitor rectification and follow-up works, and provide timelyprogress updates to customers
• Handle face-to-face interactions at customer reception, phone inquiries, and complaints
• Provide support on administration and reporting works

Job Requirements:

• HKAL/ DSE or above
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Good customer service and negotiation skills
• Customer oriented, detail-minded, and responsible
• Positive working attitude, capable of working under pressure
• Experience in handover of residential properties is preferred but not a must
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
