Job Description
World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Limited (Main Board Listing Stock Code: 6083) is a Third Party Logistics Service Provider with strong experience and knowledge in local logistic industry. We are the exclusive distribution center for one of reputed FMCG multinational company over 20 years in Hong Kong. Currently, we are serving over 1,000 delivery points in Hong Kong for daily replenishment of merchandise. We have workforce of over 330 personnel with professional training, over 400,000 square-feet of storage space, self-owned trucks enabling us to have the capacity to serve logistics projects of every size. Responsibilities:
To process delivery orders daily, prepare picking lists and delivery notes
To verify cargo in / out and prepare related documents
Sales orders follow up
To maintain accurate records in system and document filing
To coordinate daily operation between various departments, ensure customer satisfaction of service quality
To handle customers’ inquiries and perform clerical jobs
Assist in any ad-hoc when necessary
Requirements:
Diploma or above is preferred
At least 1 to 2 years working experience
Proficient in computer knowledge, such as MS Word and Excel
A good team player and sound communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Location: Tsuen Wan
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
