Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle daily phone-in pickup orders & enquires & account opening procedure
  • Perform data entry to system and rountine data updates
  • To coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems
  • Collect feedback and suggestion from customers and escalate to the next level for continual improvement
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

 Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years solid experience in Customer Services
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

*With more experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer
