Job Responsibilities:

–            Issue quotations to customers

–            Provide support to the general administrative works

–            Answer telephone enquiries 

–            Handle customer enquiries

–            Acknowledge receipts & return instrument / equipment to customer

–            Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner

Job Requirements:

–            Career with customer services experience, applicants with less experience would also be considered

–            Good in interpersonal and communication skills, and good telephone manner

–            Able to work independently, as well as, be a term player

–            Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient

–            Customer focused, high flexibility and able to meet tight deadline

–            Proficient in using MS Office

The salary range for this post is HK$12,000 to $15,000 per month.
