CS Controlling is a team of 4 people responsible for overlooking Customer Services business for Domestic market including wholesale and own retail as well as International markets for all Regional centers and direct markets. Spare parts and Services is very important and big profit pool for our overall company result and we are looking to further grow it with new initiatives and ideas.
We are in close communication with our Business partener - various departments within Customer Services on daily basis as well as different departments within Finance & Controlling.

Customer Services Controlling is looking for a motivated individual who has strong interest in finance to perform controlling task as well as handle new assignments and projects. The current position offers very broad controlling experience of overlooking at different areas of P/L to steer EbIT that would help to expand knowledge and skills in F&C for further career growth. It also includes coordination with large range of departments in Customer Services and involvement in projects with a chance of enhancing communication and management skills as well as looking at business from large picture perspective. Therefore the current position supports further career growth and development in both Finance or Business areas and creates the environment where individuals can challenge themselves and also implememt their ideas to life.

- Oversee and ensure Controlling of Customer Services by providing transparent information data for reporting, tracking and decision making
- Being responsible for improvement and automation of Customer Services reporting/ planning
- Working with CS on business enhancement activities, business cases to improve profitability of DTA
- Represent F&C in cross-functional and international projects for Customer Services

- Being responsible for controlling industrial engine business incl. actuals analysis, special price approval, growth initiatives evaluation
- Reporting and planning of CS top line performance incl finanical consolidation, deviation analysis
- Work in colloboration with CS on profit growth and cost reduction initiatives; Tracking and steering of DTA one measures
- Automation of business processes using respective business intelligence tools like BI tool and MS Power BI
- Business owner for roll out and development of Sales Controlling tools for reporting in CS
