Our rapid expansion in Hong Kong has given rise to an immediate job opportunity for the following position
Responsibilities:
Handles customer’s enquiries, claims, complaints, reports and overseas offices
Follows up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
Work within SOP and quotations with overseas offices
Handles all import and export shipments
Co-ordinates with departments concerned on related issues
Requirements:
Teritary education or above
Minimum 2 years experience or above in both air & sea freight services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven
Familiar with worldwide markets
Excellent command both English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS office
Able to work under pressure
