Responsibilities:

• Support sales team from project pitching, design, production and operation, to project deliveries & manage project operation (work flow / traffic control) on day-to-day basis
• Liaise closely within internal operation teams, ensure effective communications and timeline management
• Assist in planning and managing marketing events
• Participating in ad-hoc projects for Management

Requirements:

• F.5 or DSE graduate
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Experience in printing or advertising industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated and work independent
• Detail oriented and able to work in a high energy environment
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability preferred
