职位信息
Duties:
1. To responsible for communicate with domestic and foreign customers to process their RMA issues.
2. To manage and maintain a good relationship with customers by improving service quality
3. To handle, verify and follow up RMA applications for customers
4. To coordinate with factory production team to follow up RMA matters
5. To perform daily duties of cases follow up, data entry and prepare analysis reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with CET6 or above in English
2. Good in English writing and reading
3. At least 2 years working experience in Customer Servicing and Sales Administration is preferred;
4. With solid experience to communicate with overseas customers is essential
5. Familiar in using MS Excel for preparing reports (i.e. v-look up, pivot table or formula calculation etc.)
6. Honesty, diligent, detailed mind and good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Good in time management to handle works independently to meet tight deadline
8. Good Team Spirit to support other colleagues if necessary
