Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling calls which is received by the Repair Call Centre or Building Defects Reporting Centre and other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences
- Have Level 2 or equivalent or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent; or Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B), in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
- Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English
- Conversant with the application of computer software Microsoft ‘Word’ and ‘Excel’
- Capable of typing 30 English words per minute and 20 Chinese characters per minute
