Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries hotline;
- Provide quick response to customer enquiries and complaints;
- Perform clerical support and any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE, or in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English;
- Conversant with the application of computer software : Microsoft Word and Excel;
- 30 w.p.m in English and Chinese typing;
- 5.5 working days per week is required.
