職責﹕

服務式公寓內負責款待客戶入住/退房,接聽電話,收發信件、協辦活動及增值服務;確保設施及各地方保持整潔;節日佈置;
-
處理一般客戶意見/投訴及文書工作;
-
熟識中、英文電腦操作和文字處理;
入職要求﹕
-
中五畢業或以上學歷,1年以上酒店/服務式公寓/會所/高級物業/有關客戶服務行業工作經驗;
-
專業認真、對客有禮真誠、處事細心、積極主動、有團隊精神;
-
操流利廣東話、普通話及英語,有一定中、英文書寫能力,熟識電腦操作;
-
持有效急救證書可優先考慮;
-
需輪班及輪休工作,不需要通宵,可即時上班者優先;

Responsibility:

Handle Serviced Apartment guests check-in / check-out greeting in professional manner, receive phone calls, incoming/ outgoing postal with record keeping;

Organize events and value added services to guests;
-
Maintain comfortable environment and facilities in good condition;

Handle festival decorations;
-
Handle general guest complaint and paper works;
-
English and Chinese words processing and typing;
Requirements:
-
Form 5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in hotel/ serviced apartment/clubhouse/property/customer service related industry;
-
Professional, customer and team oriented, detail mindset and good problem solving skills;
-
Good command of both spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
-
Holder of Certificate in First Aid (AFA) is an advantage;
-
Shift duty and rotate days off are required (overnight shift is not required), immediately available would be a definite advantage;
