Job Description

Walk-in Interview

Date: Every Tuesday to Friday

Time: 9:30 am – 12:00 nn & 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Venue: Function Hall I, 7/F, Asia Airfreight Terminal, 10 Chun Ping Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau

 

Positions available: 

  1. Customer Services Supervisor
  2. Customer Services Officer
  3. Senior Customer Services Officer
  4. Senior Customer Services Officer (Ticketing)
  5. Customer Services officer - Full / Part time (Overnight)
 

Roles:

  • Responsible for the operation of Passenger Services Department on the day-to-day basis.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the operation of the Passenger Service Department on day to day basis, including check in, pre- departure, arrival  services, special services, lost & found and ticketing services
  • Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company.

 

 Capabilities and Experience:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good customer services skills
  • Team worker and Shift duties required
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Airline or ground services experience will be an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Position
