The role that you will play: Receiving service requests by phone and email, registering them in the SAP program - service mode Generation of work requests (service orders). Programming service engineers in relation to customers (dispatch). Advise customers Entering, modifying equipment data / keeping the SAP database up to date - service mode Maintaining the database with the installed volume IVK, ensuring the synchronization of information with SAP - service mode Keeping up to date the UI / SI situation (upgrade / updates) to be performed. Customer information about UI / SI. UI / SI logistics preparation Working with the SAP management program - service mode Reception of installation protocols, data entry in the SAP database - service module and IVK What we would like from your side? Higher education completed or in the process of completion. English knowledge - Advanced SAP knowledge represents an advantage Excel – Advanced. Good communication skills.
