The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Services Representative to join our Supply Chain Team! We are looking for a team player with accurate data entry and attention to detail. This is a key role within the business, where the successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders as well as promotional and pricing claims and resolving customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes all claims received by EDI, phone and email channels in a timely manner
- Answers calls and email queries from internal and external customers
- Liaise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, freight and warehouse suppliers as required
- Builds sound business relationships internally and externally through service responsiveness and applying customer and promotional knowledge
Our successful candidate will have:
- Experience working in a customer related role is preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
