The Role 

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Services Representative to join our Supply Chain Team! We are looking for a team player with accurate data entry and attention to detail. This is a key role within the business, where the successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders as well as promotional and pricing claims and resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processes all claims received by EDI, phone and email channels in a timely manner
• Answers calls and email queries from internal and external customers
• Liaise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, freight and warehouse suppliers as required
• Builds sound business relationships internally and externally through service responsiveness and applying customer and promotional knowledge

Our successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in a customer related role is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
