Responsibilities:

l   Sales order follow up (Inbound and Outbound Calls, email and fax)

l   Handle enquiries, price quotation, delivery service and maintain good relationships with customers

l   Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:               

l   Form 7/DSE (Fresh graduate will also be considered)

l   Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

l   Proficiency in customer service skills is an advantage
