Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service to Airline club members at call center office
  • Ticket reserving, travel planning and entertainment ticket booking on request
  • Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills; Cheerful personality and passionate to travel
  • Additional allowance to certificated Japanese or Korean language speakers
