Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Providing customer service to Airline club members at call center office
- Ticket reserving, travel planning and entertainment ticket booking on request
- Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills; Cheerful personality and passionate to travel
- Additional allowance to certificated Japanese or Korean language speakers
