The Job
- Clients: A market leading company specialize in loyalty programs of Travel/Airline industry
- Position: Customer Services Representative/ Supervisor
- Responsibilities: inbound calls and outbound calls, RSVP calls and emails, handle VIP customer's inquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Room reservation, Fare quotation, etc. NO selling required
- $24-27K. 5 day work. Performance bonus and Allowance.
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- At least 5 year customer services experience.
- Customer services experience with travel agencies / airlines is a must
- Good phone manner and customer service skills
- Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
