We are looking for Customer Solutions, Consultant to Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop effective solutions within Customer Office and across the enterprise. Work with the leadership team to recommend ideas and solutions for digitalization to achieve department/company goals, articulate business case and drive the development.
Initially this position will mainly dedicate to the Super Apps project in the Customer Office function
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze data & insights to come up with business solutions (30%)
- Evaluate data and insights for comprehensive digital product strategy planning/ solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product to ensure product aligned with company mission and goals
- Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional objectives
Articulate into business case, plan and business/user requirements (30%)
- Consolidate data into user stories and necessary product requirements
- Translate understanding into end-to-end customer experience to ensure integration and dependency
- Establish timelines and product benchmarks and provide clear milestone for deliverables
Follow through the execution to deliver the project (40%)
- Develop data and analytics roadmap
- Collaborate with UI/UX team, product scrum team, product leaders to establish timeline, workflows & goals
- Ensure the deliverables met with timelines and KPIs
Job Requirements:
- University Graduate
- 5+ years in a Software Product Strategy or Product Management discipline in a Software environment
- Candidates with experience in Life Insurance industry is preferred
- A strong foundation in technology including SQL and XML
- Proficiency with personal and project productivity tools including MS Office, MS Project and familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Miro, Whimsical, and others.
- Insight on Customer online behavior; some IT educational or occupational background is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and discuss the issues effectively; some level of Data analysis skills is preferred
- Confident and strong communication skills; Strong leadership skills; Be able to challenge and engage in conversations with stakeholders. Able to guide/ facilitate teams
- English verbal & written at proficiency level
