Customer Centricity is a key pillar in the business’s income generation strategy to maximize customer retention & repurchase from existing customers. Therefore, campaign plans will be put in place to enable the business to achieve its customer base targets and ultimately its financial goals. The incumbent of this position is required to ensure smooth implementation of these customer repurchase campaigns and achieve their intended targets alongside championing Customer Experience.Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning & Tracking: Plan and execute Financial Health Check (FHC) initiatives that will contribute to the increase of completion & number of dropped leads. Utilize data obtained to awaken inactive customers and drive repurchase rate for existing customers.
Collaboration: Work across departments (e.g. Agency, Finance, Operations team and IT) and engage the right stakeholders to ensure successful customer repurchase campaign executions.
Customer Experience Improvement: Understand existing processes that cut across different business units and identify areas of improvement that would enhance the overall experience for customers and agents that would drive repurchase rates.
Analytics: Execute visual, information, interaction, and service design elements of the customer journey that meets business and customer needs and delights customers.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, or any other related field. The equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, especially in Customer Experience, Change Management, Process Improvement, Design Thinking, Design Strategy, Project Leadership, Stakeholder Management (of multi-levels).
Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and ability to learn on the job quickly.
Appreciation of high quality visual design, innovative technology, marketing strategy, business strategy and business analytics.
Ability to pitch concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way to obtain buy-in.
Ability to build consumer empathy in business partners and emotionally connect to the lives and realities of the people we serve, while advocating for our customers at all times.
