Job Description

Job description and responsibility:

1. Follow standard processes and accomplish daily work in a timely manner.

2. To handle, update and accomplish the assigned work in a timely manner.

3. Keep good documentation and paperwork of daily work.

4. To support and follow up on the urgent requests/cases in a timely manner.

5. Work closely with FSE, service team leaders and other function departments to provide customer quotation in a timely manner.

6. Work with FSE, OA and finance to update quotation, close pending payment and invoice customer.

7. Support FSE to do internal parts request and coordinate other function departments to ship out parts in a timely manner.

8. Support urgent parts order request, coordinate other function departments to ship out parts and keep FSE and customer updated in a timely manner.

9. Work with FSE and other function departments to resolve backlog issues and maintain good CRM records. Make sure of the CRM data integrity, no miss or tolerance.

10. Support call center in rotation, work closely with tech supports and other function departments to support customer request/inquiry in a timely manner.

11. Be willing to accept new challenges and flexible work arrangements.

12. Able to work under pressure.

13. Able to standby and support internal and external urgent request after hours, during weekend and public holiday in rotation.

14. Self-driven, good sense of ownership and responsibility, good work attitude and excellent team player.


Education and Work Experience:

1. Bachelor degree.

2. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

3. Good English skills in both spoken and written

4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirits

5. Be familiar with Microsoft Office.

6. Accept OT if required.
